REMINDER to ALL MANGERS & Fixture Secretaries
- If a game has to be called off YOU MUST make a PHONE
CALL to your opposition team. You must ALSO make a PHONE CALL
to SPEAK to any appointed Referees.
IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT to send a text or a WhatsApp
message which may not be seen in time to prevent people from making a wasted
journey. If you are calling a game off, YOU MUST BE SURE THAT the opposition
manager and appointed Referee is aware and the only way to
be 100% sure is to make that phone call and chat.
