Online Registration Process

Registration requests must be submitted in full at least 6 days prior to playing (or 9 days for the first game of the season).

STEP 1 - FA Player Registration System

Player status must be "pending league" in the FA Player Registration System  (Player Registrations : Grassroots Technology). To be pending league the following must be complete:

 add player to club

 assign player to team

verify proof of age 

provide consent to play (can be online via the parent or if you have a registration form from the parent the club can provide this "offline" which tends to be quicker)

 submit to league

STEP 2 - League Website

Create a "Registration Request" via the "My Club" menu on the League website

This will take you to the following page:

 Select the relevant team.

 Click the green button to add a new “Registration Request”.

 Enter the details for the player. Note that if the player has previously been registered with the Tandridge League, you must enter their Registration Number.

 If the player is transferring from another Tandridge League Club / Team and you don't have their registration number type "trf" in the Registration Number field.

Ensure you enter all details correctly!

 Click the green button to add another player.

 If you need to remove a player, click the red button.

 If you are re-signing players that your club had registered last season, you can click this button and then select last season’s team. This will display a list of all the players that were registered for that team last season, and you can simply tick the ones that you want to re-register for this season’s team.

 When you have entered all the players for this request, click the orange button to submit the details to the League.

On submitting the request, you will be told if you have any missing information. You will need to correct this information or delete the player before the details can be submitted.

Once submitted you will be returned to the first page and you will see listed your Registration Request:

 All your Registration Requests will be listed here. Click the “View Details” button to see a summary of the players on this request. Note that you cannot amend a submitted request.

 You can submit further Registration Requests to the League at any point by clicking the green button again.

 Click the “View Link” button to see a web link that will let someone access the above pages without requiring a login to the Tandridge website. This link must only be given to club and team officials and not given to any parents or players.

STEP 3 - Send in proof of age

You will need to send in a proof of age for any player who is new to the Tandridge League. Please send this to the relevant Registration Secretary  via email with the Club Name, Age Group and Team Name in the subject line of the email.

STEP 4 -  Take player photo using EasyBadge App

1    Using the app on your phone take a head and shoulders photo of the player no hats or sun glasses (or change "image capture" option from your device settings app from "camera" to "gallery" to be able to upload existing photos)

2    If you are using the app for the first time you will need to request a pairing code from Michelle.Parker@TandridgeLeague.co.uk

3    Enter the players registration number

4    Send the photo by selecting the Cloud icon

Step 5 - League Distribution of ID Cards 

Cards will be distributed at the September meeting and available to collect throughout the year.

Clubs / teams requiring cards to be sent via the post will be charged £1 per card

Lost cards will be charged at £2 per card

Cards will be issued on two years fixed periods.

Cards to be given to transferring players to give to their new clubs.
